Are all components completely customizable?

Yes! We know how important it is to fit your report within your company's branding guidelines. This is why we have added different themes and layouts to make sure you have complete control over design and can easily adjust the style of each individual component. Check out our Toolkit Guides to learn more.

How do I download my free files?

When you sign up for a Starter license, you will create your log-in credentials for your Numerro Hub account. Once you’re logged into the Hub, you will have access to browse, but not download, all 300+ components available to paying members. 

Your access includes a component pack with a canvas grid, two visualizations, two light and two dark mode themes, and a free template available for you to download. On the homepage, you can download all free components by clicking “Download Free Components.” You can also navigate to each category, such as Themes, and click the filter at the top “Show only free components” to show the items available to download.

How am I going to recieve future updates to the Numerro Toolkit?

Only Premium or Professional members will have access to future Numerro updates, which are launched directly in the Hub for easy access to changes.

We strive to release new and valuable updates on an ongoing quarterly basis. As a Starter member, you will be able to view what’s been updated in the Hub by filtering for “Recently Updated” within any of the categories in the Hub.

Can I download the full Toolkit all at once?

Once you upgrade to a Premium or Professional license, you will be able to download the full Numerro Toolkit at once.

With your Starter License, you can download all free components at once by navigating to the Hub homepage and clicking “Download Free Components.”

What benefits come with being a Hub member?

Along with easy access to all Numerro components, including themes, templates, paginated reports, and visualizations, once you are a Premium or Professional Hub member you also receive:
- Access to ongoing product updates
- Advanced filtering capabilities so you can find exactly the components you are looking for quickly.
- Favorite your most used templates, themes, and visualizations for easy future access. use often for easy access.
- Ability to download each of the individual component files so you don’t have to sort through one large file download.
- And we have even more in the works like referral program tracking, Numerro swag, preferred service partners, premium Hub content, and more. All of these benefits are exclusive to Hub members.

I'm having trouble downloading one of the components. What could be the issue?

Individual components typically download within 1-5 seconds, while combined or full toolkit files can take up to a minute. If your files aren’t downloading, ensure you have a stable internet connection and check to make sure that your browser isn’t blocking the ability to download files from the internet.

I found the component I'm looking for but I don't see the ability to download it.

As a Starter License user, there are only a limited number of components you’re able to download for free. If you’d like to purchase a license so you can gain full access to all components in the Numerro Hub, please navigate to our Pricing Page and complete the purchase process. 

How do the color filters work in Templates and Themes?

Our color filter on Templates and Themes enables you to filter components on the three primary colors in the component. You can also choose to filter on light and dark modes. 

What browsers are supported by the Numerro Hub?

The Numerro Hub should work on any up-to-date internet browser. If you’re having trouble accessing the Hub from your browser of choice or downloading components, please reach out to us.

How do I change or reset my password to my Hub account?

If you are logged into your account, navigate to your Profile in the top-right hand corner of the Hub navigation bar and change your password from the main Profile page.

If you are not logged in and don’t remember your password, navigate to the pricing page, click on your plan to login, and then click “Reset Password.” Follow the instructions and an email will be sent to your Numerro username to reset your password.

I forgot my username to the Hub. How do I retrieve it?

Your username is the email address you used when you created your Numerro account. You can update this email address by navigating to your Profile in the Hub navigation bar and updating your email from the main Profile page.

Do you offer any support for this product?

Yes, we do! If you have any issues using the Hub, downloading the files, need help editing the components or just want to give us some feedback, just shoot us an email at contact@numerro.io. Our U.S. based team offers daily support.

Does the Toolkit support Power BI Report Server?

The Toolkit supports Power BI Report Server - October 2020 onwards.

Does the Toolkit work with all versions of Power BI?

The Toolkit is compatible with all versions of Power BI from March 2020 onwards (Version 2.79+).

Numerro Licensing

Can I use the Numerro Toolkit for client projects?

The Professional License allows you to use the Toolkit for commercial purposes, in which you can create and share reports with clients. You can also embed Numerro's components and designs as part of your product. The only thing that you are not allowed to do, is re-sell the Toolkit or distribute the Toolkit contents with other users outside of your organization.

How do I purchase for my entire team?

You can purchase a Small Teams license for up to 5 team members or a Large Teams license for up to 25 team members. After purchase, you will be emailed a unique sign-up link to share with your team members. They can simply navigate to the link provided and they will be granted access to the Hub after signing up.
