Pay attention to Total Share ranks in Power BI usage reports to identify dashboards that are rarely opened. Once identified, evaluate the dashboard relevancy by asking the following questions:
- Does the dashboard meet the agreed upon business requirements?
- Is it difficult to navigate to this dashboard compared to others?
- Is there a particular report on this dashboard that is performing well despite the low rank?
- Is this dashboard less performant than those that are used more frequently?
- Does this report have similar visualization quantity and quality when compared to higher ranked reports?
